SporengesPlease read these terms before you use Sporenges.
Using Sporenges
By creating an account or using Sporenges you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Sporenges is made by Sorfenix and maintained by Prosenjit Pare.
Who can use it
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of adulthood where you live, you need the permission of a parent or guardian. You must be able to enter a legally binding agreement, and you must not have been banned from the app.
Your account
- Give true information and keep it up to date. Confirm your email with the code we send you.
- Keep your password, chat PIN and backup password secret. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- One person, one account. Do not use someone else’s account or pretend to be someone else.
Rules of use
Do not use Sporenges to:
- harass, threaten, bully or abuse anyone, or share hateful content;
- send spam, scams, or unwanted messages or friend requests in bulk;
- share illegal content, or content that sexually exploits or endangers children;
- spread malware, or try to break, probe, overload or reverse-engineer the service or its security;
- use the app to break the law or the rights of others.
If someone breaks these rules you can block them. You can also report a problem to info@sporenges.cyou.
Your content
You own the messages, photos and other content you send. You give us permission to store, transmit and deliver it only so the app can work for you. Because chats are encrypted, we cannot read them and do not review them. You are responsible for what you send. “Delete for everyone” removes a message from our servers and, once their phone connects, from the other person’s chat. We cannot remove a copy someone already saved, such as a screenshot.
Encryption, PIN and backups
Your messages and photos are protected by a key that stays on your phone and a chat PIN you choose. We cannot recover a forgotten chat PIN or backup password. If you lose them, old messages or backed-up photos may be impossible to open. Backups are stored in your own Google Drive, and you are responsible for that account.
Calls
Voice and video calls use a separate call service and are not covered by the chat key. Calls need a working internet connection, and quality may vary. Do not use Sporenges for emergency calls.
Blocking and removing friends
You can remove a friend or block someone at any time. Blocking ends the friendship, and the blocked person cannot message you, call you or send you friend requests. They are not told that you blocked them.
The service
We work to keep Sporenges available, but we do not promise it will always work without interruption or errors. We may change, update or stop features. Parts of the service rely on third parties such as Google Firebase, Google Drive, Resend and Agora, and these may have their own terms.
Ending your use
You can stop using Sporenges and delete your account at any time in Settings → Account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other people or the service at risk.
No warranty
Sporenges is provided “as is” and “as available”, without promises of any kind to the extent the law allows, including that it will be error-free, secure against every threat, or fit for a particular purpose.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Sorfenix and the people who maintain Sporenges are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, including messages or photos that cannot be recovered because a PIN or password was lost. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and tell you in the app if the change is important. If you keep using Sporenges after a change, you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh can settle disputes, unless your local law says otherwise.
